5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
To request an exchange, contact us with proof (images/videos).
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
8. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
